Anita Yang

Anita served as financial manager in many large scale companies such as Alpha Group (SME Board), Tomorrow Advancing Life (NASDAQ :TAL), China Electronics (China state-owned company), and Zheyin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (China major financial data company). With over 10 years of financial and internal control management experience, she participated in multiple domestic and foreign investment and financing projects, and was familiar with accounting standards in multiple countries.

Anita always has advanced understanding of the direction of finance and tax in China and the leading financial concepts internationally, which helps her creatively provide clients with a strong, efficient and clear financial management system. Anita used to assist the landing of many oversea companies in China, especially small and medium-sized ones, and those in gaming industry.
